World War I

As a school we have been studying World War I. This display in year 4 promotes new vocabulary and interaction with artefacts.

Children in Year 4 spent the day being conscripted into the British Army to go and fight in WWI. They dressed in the uniform and checked out life in the trenches and had their fingerprints taken (in case they didn’t return home).
