SEND/Speech and Language coffee morning for early years and KS1 parents
Dec 13 @ 10:30 am – 11:45 am

Do you have a child in the Nursery or in the Reception, Year  1 or Year 2 classes with SEND (Special Educational Needs or a Disability) or with speech and language difficulties?

Do you wish you had some support around this?
Do you wonder if there is more that you can be doing at home or that we can be doing at school?
Would you like to meet up with other parents/carers who may be feeling the same as you?

If you have answered ‘Yes’ to any of these questions, then Hilary Tumilty (our SENDCo) and Vicky Slaughter (our Speech & Language Therapist) would like to invite you to a coffee morning in The Haseltine Hub on Friday 13th December at 10.30am.

This will be for early years and KS1 parents, and the focus will be on how to support your child’s speech and language development at home, how to spot possible difficulties in this area of your child’s development and who to raise your concerns with if these should arise for your child.

(This is the same day as the KS1 Christmas performance and will follow on straight after it.)
