I have worked at Haseltine Primary School for the past 13 years. I am  currently employed as a Learning Support Assistant for KS2 and I also cover lunch time duties.  My main ethos is to see the children excel in their everyday learning.
During my time at Haseltine, I have worked with various year groups. In 2011, I was given the opportunity to set up and manage the After School Club of which I am very proud of. Working in the classroom and the After School Club allows me to work with the children throughout the day, establishing a working relationship with them.  I am dedicated and keen to help the children develop their academic and social skills, which is good practice for them as they progress through and beyond primary school.
During the years I have managed the After School Club, it has significantly  grown in numbers. The parents/carers are very supportive and extremely happy to leave their child/children in a safe, fun and learning environment.
